Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Hi Roz!  No plan for today - need to come up with something.  I'm working from home for awhile, so the fridge is close and easy...  I'll fill this in as the day goes on...

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

I actually do better at home than I do at work.  Usually because my fridge is empty except for things the little one can eat.

Did you like the Eggplant Lasagna?

I want to know how you make the Stuffed asparagus & Cheese Chicken breast.  That sounds so good.

Actually it was a frozen chicken stuffed w/ asparagus & cheese!  I need to food shop tonight!

I love the eggplant lasagna, and divided it up into portions to freeze too.  I brought some for lunch again today but forgot they are having a welcome back lunch for an Admin.  At least I have something if there is nothing good I can eat.  Or, I will save it for tomorrow's lunch.  It is delicious reheated too!  Thanks for that!

2nd Breakfast - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (30g)
Elevenses - 2 Atkins bars
Luncheon - protein shake (30g)

Dinner - turkey meat balls w/BBQ sauce

MILES: 5 - 15 minute walks (10,269 steps)
