Our 2 year olds are running for Little Miss Smile and Little Mr. Macho today. We are just hoping they behave or don't go into shy mode on stage. My DD's have to go on stage with them so that should help.

Hope everyone is having a great Sunday! I'm having my family out for a cook-out in a little while, we try to switch off and do my family one week and DH's family the other. Here's the plan:
B: 1 scoop GNC w/1.5C coffee
S: 1/2 C 1% cottage cheese
L: 2oz scallops
S: 1 scoop GNC w/water
D: 2oz grilled pork chop, 1/4C fresh green beans
S: 1/2 slice of my new banana split cake :)
Cal: 604, Fat: 10, Prot: 90, Carb: 36
Water: 6 C so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: Ran 3.1 miles (in 33 minutes), crunches, push-ups, plank

Eating on board a boat and at the whim ofa captain other than my tummy is INTERESTING to saythe least .... but thank GOd its doeable lol. It helps that im in charge of the food except dinner .. so i can sneak in fat free ( as long .. says el Capitan... I stop TALKING about it ) ...
today - breakfst , sliced canteloups
cereal ( bran pillows , flax cornflakes n organic raisins also banana and blueberries ) fat free milk
lunch - leftover hanger steak
walk - cliff walk along Newport harbor - aproximately 4 miles
dinner and drinks at NY Yacht club ( eatinglots of chotosan first of course )
yesterday we ate at almost 10 oclock and i shamefully ate half a breadbasket .... other than that Ive behaved myslef . Even then, i hardly ate dinner ... it was one - sided but still....
Interestingly walking about and saiing seems tobe getting me into better shape ... at least my SHOrts seem larger . I sure HOPE immight be finally losing a little !!

We had our birthday lunch today for all the August birthdays. I didn't eat when everyone else did and then had a piece of cake first and that was totally the wrong thing to do. I guess my blood sugar dropped and I got the shakes real bad so now I'm trying to play catch up and the day is almost gone. I hope I can remember what I had as I didn't keep up with it today.
B: 1/2 cup Kashi Oat Cereal, 1/4 cup Hood milk
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink - this was really at lunch time
L: Piece of birthday cake
L: 2 ozs ribeye steak, 1/4 baked potato with promise margarine
S: Cheese crackers
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink - at supper time
D: Salad w/ 2 ozs ribeye on it with rasp vineg. dressing- sometime before bed time.
Vitamins: Done except calcium - I'm out should be in tomorrow
Water: 80 ozs
Miles: Chasing both DGD's around!!

Hi Roz! Kinda busy today working on our MIL apartment, plumbing, caulking the shower,cleaning carpets....ect....got in the vitamins this morning and a shake. Went to church and then to the HyVee grocery store that has a dineing room and has all kinds of choices. So my choice was breakfast: omelet with bacon,ham,onion,green pepper and cheese. Also two link sausages and lots of fruit: strawberries, cantaloupe , grapes,honey dew melon,pineapple. I took some cheesy potatoes but only ate a couple of bites. After working I haven't felt like eating but had some watermelon and a shake. Got the dishwasher going ....put my glass bottles in that I make the shakes in,they are 16oz so I put in 2 scoops. Might still eat something later. Take care friends.........
