Ok lunch was leftover beef &noodles and a nectarine, went to McD and had a sweet tea with our friends Marv &Sue then to Goodwill to drop off stuff and picked up some brand new belts as I need them again. Came home and mowed the lawn...brakes gave out going down the hill was out of control and hit a fence post in the corner ....good thing it has a bull bar....lol....neighbor saw it happen and thought I was about to get hurt or worse! Gonna be sore tomorrow . Cleaned the machine and then showered. Just ate half can of ravioli and drank a protein shake also took vitamins. Seems I have lost 5+ pounds since Tuesday not gonna freak till I reach goal but will say it's a bit alarming as I never have lost in this kind of pattern before.
