And quarters in your pockets.... eat high sodium foods tonight (pizza) to retain water - then drink drink drink water before you go. Wear an outfit that weights a bit - blue jeans, or if you're going from work, make it with a suit coat/blazer. I used to have some flannel lined blue jeans that weighed 5 lbs by themselves.... and heavy shoes...

I figured I needed help too since BMI was barely 36 so, this is gross now, I ate a double quarter pounder, fries and a LARGE diet coke ( of course) on the way to the appointment, but when she said I was 5'6" instead of the 5'7" I'd been all my life I nearly choked, and said, uh?okay!!! Good luck!
