Revision Surgery

Has anyone had the RNY & then gained and needed revision surgery? Im looking into the lap band vs the stomaphyx. Hoping insurance pays for something. Any help/advice would be nice.

I had a revision from VBG to RNY in Dec. 09

My insurance doesnt cover stomaphyx, and i didnt want the lapband....

check with your ins. co. to find out what criteria you hafta meet....

have you considered having your common channel shortened?

Sorry its not going well. Check out the revision forum and the failed wl surgery forum and last the insurance forum. I've lurked these peidically and ther were some pretty knowledgeble folks there. Good luck to you.
