Weight Gain after 14mos
I'm just beginning the journey...so first of all I have to say, "Way to go...congrats!!!" Second, I think the fact that you're reaching out shows you're going in the right direction. Do you attend a support group? Have any kind of a wsl buddy? Everyone is different, but I know it helps me to have someone keeping me honest and pointing toward my goal. Not a judgemental, harping type but a loving...hey, want to go for a walk or where's your weakness right now and how can I help.
Wake up! I agree with the previous post. If you don't have some kind of face to face support try to find it. I use this board for support but I also attend an in person support group. I find the direct contact with others is very helpful and motivating. Also I would suggest exercising. You don't have to do anything fancy, just start by taking a walk. You have done a great job and I am sure you can get to the finish line don't give up. Good luck.

Congrats on the 140! Thats about what I lost at my peak. It sounds like you already know what to do. Diet and exercise, the basics, if you don't leave them, you don't have to go back. Good luck!
