Hi Freddie! I had open RNY July 19, 2005.  Starting weight 325. I am now at 142lbs. I had a tummy tuck Oct 27th, 2006 where he removed 15lbs of excess!!!!!!!!! and on Oct 12th I had BR/BL and he removed about 2 more pounds!  I am back to work and healing slowly.  I have had a few problems such as blockage, kidney stones and lost alot of hair quite a bit further out than most do. Otherwise, I find it a rollercoaster, and a ride I am pleased with very much.  I just hold on tight!!! :) I believe that we all can be successful at this WLS as long as we follow the rules our doctors set up for us, and even though we may eat something we shouldn't, we need to know our limitations. Hi Stacey! July 19th is my birthday as well as your surgiversary!  It is great to meet someone who has already traveled the road ahead.  I may have lots of questions.   Hope you are feeling okay being so close to the BR/BL. Big smile! Freddie

Hey, It's tough the first week back to work, having only been off for a little over 1 week.   I am sore and have trouble reaching for things, but am going to do this one day at a time. Besides, it's nice to be around my co-workers! Nice to meet you too! Stacey
