Join the club. I am terrible too. I can suggest that you do it when you first get up in the morning (if you are a morning person) even if it is a simple 15 minute program on video tape. Or after work at the YMCA, a local Gym, or health club. The trick I am told is to start it, and do it for 30 days every day- after that it will become part of your routine.
Walk, Walk, Walk oh did I say Walk? LOL
Yes, this has been the key for me. I walk 2.5 miles a day. It takes me less than an hour to do it. I feel so much better for doing it. At first it was hard and I couldn't walk that far, but I kept to it. Doing it everyday is the key too.
