My new favorite !
Thru this whole amazing process have you found something that helps you make it thru the day or something that you can eat that you maybe hadn't relied on in your pre-op days ?
Me, I seem to have a hard time with protein so I rely on PROFECT to help me boost my numbers. Usually I have at least one serving a day (25 grams of protein) and when added to my meals I am doing better at my mini-goal of 55 grams a day. ( I know that I am supposed to be getting at least 70 grams but was having such a hard time, that I started making mini goals for myself every week and this weeks goal is 55 grams minimum everyday!)
