Is there a checklist somewhere?

I am going to my seminar 4/12. i was wondering if there is a checklist or some kind of schedule somewhere of things that I need to do as I prepare for my journey towards WLS? Thanks!

Tori- Every Dr. is different as far as what they want done, so what I had to do may not even come close to what you will be required to do. Once you go to your consult you will get a list of things that your surgeon will specifically require. Then, if you have any questions or concerns about any of it let us all know...
