Newbie to this sight!

Hi everyone, I am 8 months post-op and down 105lbs.I am married to a wonderful guy who is very supportive in my wls journey and I have two beautiful kids.I'm looking forward to talking with everyone here and becoming part of a wonderful support group! Hope everyone has a great day!

Dawn; Thanks for your kind words. I'm 4.5 months out today. Thanks for the compliment. My loss has slowed WAAAAY down since 3 months post-op, but I'm still losing, so I don't care. I've got an appointment with my surgeon next Wednesday and I'm hoping to be down 70 lbs. by then. Blessings, Jennifer 253 / 185 / ???

Hey Dawn, Welcome to the site ! I can't begin to tell you how happy I am that my surgeon recommended this site to me. I have learned sooo much and found some additional wonderful support also. Congrats on your loss that is so amazing ! Me, I had surgery 2/20/06 and have lost about 35 lbs since. Right now my goal is 135 so I have about 75 pounds to go.
