help, having tummy tuck

help, i'm having a tummy tuck on monday. i was under the impression that i would be having one cut at the bikini line. Wrong, there will be another cut, one vertical from just above my belly button to the pubic bone. has anyone ever had this kind of tummy tuck? what kind of pain are we talking about. the dr also said he will tighten up my stomach muscles. soooo excited, but nervous as he**. thanks for any info you have deb m
