Hi Shelly, that's a super weight loss!! I have been struggling a bit with supplements myself. It's just easier for me to take a pill and be done with it. And, I wish someone would come up with a protein patch. Sharyn

So what is the best protein supp's you guys have used? I am having surgery on the 10th of OCT and would like to try some out and find some that I can tolerate- if I can't stand it I KNOW I will not drink/take the protein I need!!

Well Claudia, I'm not a good person to ask. I think they all suck. The only reason I take the Profects is because it's 2.7 oz. A lot of people use powders and doctor them up, but that adds more ounces and I still have a hard time drinking a lot. I froth if I drink too much or too quickly. That doesn't even mention all of the burping I do. Anyway, keep looking and if you don't find anything, try the Profects. Sharyn
