Hello Claudia,
I feel reall good. I had my first experience with dumping last night. I had sf Bryers ice cream. That did not go well. My stomach was VERY noisey and even my throat was making very loud noises. And I spent about an hour in the bathroom. I will be honest. It wasnt bad. Very tolerable. But I know not to have the ice cream again. even though it was sugar free. I am not having good luck with milk products. I am probably Lactose intolerant now.
Anyway, Other than that little thing. I am perfectly fine. I still get tired easy. The first week was hard Claudia I am not going to lie. I didnt want to eat anything. But you HAVE to. I am getting as much liquids as I can get into my body because I dont want to dehydrate. But I am 9 days post op now and guess what?? I am down 29 pounds!!
I am so excited we were taking pictures of me on the scale with a huge smile on my face.
I would love to chat with you via email. Anything I can do to help I will.
My email addy is [email protected]
Oh last night my mom decided to have the surgery too!!! I cannot be happier.
Big Hugs
Good Luck
Love Always
