Hello
Nice to see a forum in my age bracket. Although I am at the edge of going over the 30 something mark, I still consider my self in my 30's and will forever. Feel much younger than I am. I am 2 years post op and have been dealing with the up/down scale syndrome for about 6 months now. Have lost over 110#'s since surgery and would really like to loose another 30-40, but I don't think that will ever happen. Just recently gained 10lbs out of the blue and went back to 100% water intake again instead of the caffine diet soda. Have almost lost that 10lbs in the past 4 weeks, but I expect it to stop again at that dreaded mark I never seem to get under. In any case, I am very satistifed with the results of my surgery and am thankful that I have not gained it all back after 2 years. It is a daily struggle now that I am so far out, but I still have the tool to help me get thru the tough times. Look forward to meeting/hearing from the over 30's group. I don't get here everyday, but try to several times a week.
