Oh My Goodness...Oh My Goodness...

I'm so stinkin' excited I can hardly contain myself. I've been asking for a 30+ forum for nearly 2 yrs. And here it is. Yahoooo!!! I spend 99% of my time posting/reading on the "OFF" forum which is NOT my age group. The "OFF" group is...Over Fifty Forum" They are a great group over there. However - I'm not 50. No where near 50 and well...I'm excited to see this board. So lets shout for joy. Post it on all the other boards. And have some fun!! LOL... Now...bit about me. My name is Gala. I'm 13 months post op. Starting weight 305 lbs. Current weight 142/145 ( I flucuate between 2-5 lbs daily). So I've lost appr. 160 lbs. What a great feeling it is to feel so much better. My DH had surgery 3 weeks before myself. His weight has stabalized over the last few months. We have 3 children. 1 who was adopted 7 yrs ago. Actually he was placed w/us 7 yrs ago this week. (Kind of a hard time for me actually). He does not live with us nor will he ever. He is 11 yrs old. Has severe mental/behavioral problems. And is not safe to be around younger children.
