First day of OPTIFAST!!

I'm soo excited, I can barely contain myself!! I'm have Gastric Bypass surgery on Feb 26, 2019!!

I have to do OPTIFAST for 2 weeks, and today is day 1! Optifast is delicious though! Add some peppermint or orange extract in there too and you got what tastes like a delicious milk shake! I can definitely do this for 2 weeks!
