New here looking for friends
Hi I have not yet had my surgery but it is booked and coming on fast. I have great supporters at home but they really don't understand what I am going through. I need to make some new friends out here to share my journey with. I am in Ontario and my surgery is in Guelth. Would really like to be able to chat to people in my area and passably have the same surgeon. (Dr. Reed)

I'm in London, On but am really new to the whole process. I had my orientation at TWH a few weeks ago and have my first app in May.
I've found a support group here in London but they only meet once a month so I'm glad I've found this forum.
Are you in Guelph or do you have to travel for surgery too???

Hi, i am also having surgery in Guelph but I have not yet gotten a surgeon. I am waiting for a call to see one...I was told it could take months before I get the call as a number of people are ready to see the surgeon right now. If you would like to be friends message me. Let me know where you are in the process. It is a long wait for things in Guelph and they are strict.....but it is better to have them be sure that you are right for the surgery.
