Think about it but what if will not work

 Hi I'm 34 with two kids , I have IC of bladder, fibo, pcos. I have not had gastric bypass looking for a doctor in fl that taken share of cost Medicaid. But when I tell u I do not eat much I do not like to eat since my gallbladder was taken out in 2000. If I eat once a day maybe twice.  I hate being 270 I can not take it any more .I'm have chronic fatigue and back pain I know it's because of my weight.  Anyone in my boat or was it in did gastric bypass work for you please help
