Hi Everyone - first time on here

I had no idea this forum existed.  I have posted on the VSG forum but never really explored anything else.  I technically had my surgery when i was 29, turned 30 a few months later.  Happy to talk to people my age.  Just wanted to say hi and hope to post and read on this forum more often!

Congrats on the 76 lbs lost i am now at 115 lbs lost it feels great

 I'm 33 and hoping to have surgery in April. Your weight loss is so inspiring. I'm so excited (and a little scared) for this journey to begin. 

I am confiden that you will have a wonderful journey!  I have been overweight my entire life, and I finally feel like I'm living.  Life has started for me in my 30s!

I KNOW THE FEELING!.. THERE'S SO MUCH I WANT TO DO, AND I FIND MYSELF JUST GOING FOR IT.. I'LL ATTENDED MY FIRST LIVE NFL GAME THIS YEAR IN SAN DIEGO. ! THAT'S A BIG STEP FOR ME.

Congrats on you 70+ weightloss. It's wonderful to that someone who is my age has gone through their surgery and is completing the journey to a healthy life so smoothly. I am hoping to have my surgery in March. Congratulations are in order to you again.

 I just turned 30 in September and I'm 1 month into my 6 mo diet.  I'm pushing toward the VSG as my surgery too.  Its great that we have this forum to come and talk to fellow WLSers of the same age group.
