losing 10% req by ins is hard
easy answer: set tiny goals! dont look at it like 'oh i have to lose 20lbs'. look at it more like 'i need to lose 5lbs in the next 3 weeks. dont weigh yourself at home during this time and try to look at each piece of food as an obstacle. each bite of food you refuse puts you some calories towards your goal. with that follow your diet of cutting out carbs and sugar and load up on the protein and crystal lite. i lost 16lbs in the three weeks between my last appointment simply because i was so worried to just lose my goal of 5lbs.
