I am new to this and had SURGERY-OCT 8...And LOVING IT!

I am Glenda. I finally decided to have this surgery after 6 years of my Dr. asking me for the past 6 years.
Now I must say I do not regret it! it has been an awesome experience! So far Surgery was great. From time to time I get gas pain. But the weight loss is great. 36! So far!!! I am excited!

I just wanted to let you know that God has made us all different. That means that we all experience this process differently. I have to say it has been great for me and I am sure that you will also have a wonderful experience. Please let me know how things are going. I will tell you that a smart thing to do is to practice the liquid diet and the baby food diet which will be essential post surgery. Try to keep active as much as possible to get ready for this great date of changing your life! Now, becareful with the use of morphen after surgery :) I wish you the best. I am down 42 :) SO excited!

Hi. Just got your message. Thanks for writing back. That is wonderful that you have already lost 42 pounds in a month! Obviously you are feeling great. I will be starting Atkins tomorrow to prepare for surgery. I believe I have gotten everything needed for post-op. I will keep in mind what you said about the morphene. Was the pain that bad right after surgery? Let me know. Just wondering. Praying that I will be spared the excess pain. Anyway, take care and talk with you later.

Sorry I took so long, I just went back to work and I have forgotten how hard it is to juggle everything once again. Well I didn't feel any pain. I had that urine sack so I didnt get up to use the bathroom or anything and honestly perhaps because I was having a bit of fun with the morphene I didn't feel any pain lol. But trust in the LORD he will so see you thru. God is awesome and when it is in HIS time Everything will go Great! Listen If you like I will keep you in prayer :)
