So I just wanted to check this out. I am Kim... very new. I had surgery on Oct 13...that's right 6 days ago. I turned 30 Oct 16th. So I am looking to make new friends, get advice, and tips from all of you ated with experince! Oh and in my first 6 days...I have lost 20 lbs!

That's great, Kimily! How are you doing now? I am new also to the group,but not to the website. I am just now starting to reach out.

I had RNY surgery too in July 2009. I have lost nearly 90 pounds in nearly 5 months. I feel tremendous! I am also hoping to make friends and trade recipes.
