Tripletdad - Intro

Hi all.  I am a 33 year old dad of triplet girls.  I am also overweight and seeking WLS.  I have a consult on the 16th. I am so excited, I can not wait to join you "loser's" soon.

Thank you for the welcome.  What a strange and exciting ride it has been so far.  I am sure the ride will continue as I go forward.  Right now, I am on the first hill of the roller coaster.

Wow. Triplet girls...that must be busy. How old are they?  Hope you have a lot of bathrooms in your house for when they are teenagers.  Good luck with your consult.  Which type are you considering?  I am having RNY on the 23 of October.  It is really exciting to consider life without the extra chub.  I can't wait to be active with my kids again!!!!!!!!!!  At first I was really scared but now I am totally fine and know I have made the right decision. Best of luck.

They are 5.  I have 2 bathrooms, so it is ok for now. I am scheduled to have the RNY on 11/10/09. (I think that is a good omen as that is the day my count down to success begins.) 

I keep thinking of the day when the chub is gone.  I would love to be more active with my girls as well.
