what am i doing wrong
I had surgery on May 6th. So far I have lost 32 pounds since just before surgery. (no fasting or anything like that)
I am suppose to get 62 grams of protein in a day, I get at least 80
I have two shakes a day and eat one meal. I have one snack.
I swim 45 min to 1 1/2 hours a night.
I get in almost all my water a day
All vitamins get in
What am I doing wrong.?
I have been stalled for 2 weeks now.
Please help.

Many people stall at points along the way. Your body just went through a major trauma and is in shoc****ep doing what you are doing and you will see the scale move again. I don't know how often you weigh yourself, but maybe try to weigh less for a while so you don't get discouraged. I've heard people say we plateau often because our bodies have to regulate around both the trauma and the massive weight loss in such a short time. So trust me, it will happen. Just try to be patient. It's easy to say and hard to do, believe me I know! But all we can do is keep going and before long we'll be shocked at how much has come off!
As long as your following your doctor's protocal, then you are doing nothing wrong. Trust me when I say this, stalls will happen and you will have several over this journey. Just remember when you are not losing weight, you are losing inches. The weight will fall off, just give yourself a break. 32Lbs so far is amazing and be proud!

Sounds like you've hit a stalling point. No worries. It happens to the best of us. You get scared but trust me on this.....if you're doing everything to the T like you said, one week will come where you'll lose like 10lbs and your gonna be like "OMG!". It will come and it will get better from there. It took you how long to gain the weight. So...it's gonna take time for you to lose it. Trust me. You will do it!!!! Be patient. Sounds like you're doing everything perfect. Good job! Keep it up. :-)
