Very long story short, the past year I have been fighting ith GERD, 24/7 nausea, vomitting and they finally figured out that my esophagus is dilated to 3 times the size it should be. I have been told that it will not heal as long as the band is in place and, if I were to get re-banded, the problem would occur again.

So...here I am!
