Let me introduce myself!!!

Im new to this board. I will be having my surgery on May 5, im excited nervous and all that stuuf all in one.

I am new to this board too:)  I have not even had my consult yet!! It is not until next week Thursday, but I am so excited and nervouse too!!! Just to get my appointment, so I cant imagine what you are going through being so close to surgery!!!  I do know LOTS of people who have had it done, and they are all doing wonderful with NO complications!!!!  My cousin did say that she felt a TON better after her surgy when she started wearing this elastic type band around her tummy to kinda hold everything in!! So if you find yourself feeling like your just hanging out there, maybe try that!!!  Other than that, I just hope you keep your spirits high!!! And Good Luck!!! ~Herbmaiden~

I'm new on this board too (have posted on the Main Bd and the RNY board a bit!  Good luck to you all: **HIJACK**  Herbmaiden - I know where Capron is!  I live in Berwyn (close to the city) but got my dog at from a kennel in Capron.

Welcome!!  I'm new here too!  I visit this site at least 3-4 times a week to read experiences, opinions, help, etc..  I have an appt. with my surgeon tomorrow as I wait for insurance approval so I know about the nerves. My prayers are with you as you begin your journey.  Keep us posted!
