I'm new here too!

I'm like a few others who just post on the Main board and decided to explore a little tonight.  I posted on the Iowa board too, but I'm talking to myself.  LOL  My name is Melissa (Mel to my friends).  I'm 38.  Married 14 years, and have three kiddos (12b, 10g, & 18 mon g).   I had a VBG in 1999. I did lose in the beginning (136#), but then things just changed, and I started gaining again.  I went to WW and lost that same 100ish pounds, and then got pregnant with my last child, and gained it back.   When I went to have my upper GI for my Revision, they said that they couldn't even see where the original surgery had been done.  Hmmm... that's comforting!  LOL   I had my Revision on Feb 19th.  So far so good! Here are my "numbers" VBG 7/5/99- 408lbs Revision to RNY- 384 Current (2 weeks out) - 353 So, that's me!!  Nice to "meet" all of you!!

Welcome!! I too wondered out of the main forum and found several boards to post on but like this one, it's not very active. I check it once a week, usually Saturday mornings and post.
