Great news...

I received my insurance approval from United Healthcare in the mail yesterday. I am so happy I can't stand it. It only took two weeks for them to say YES. Now I get to schedule an actual WLS date.  

Congrats!! Insurance is the biggest hurdle. What procedure are you having?

Thatis the biggest challenge.  Lena congrats on keeping our weight off.  amy I am also tomorrow hopefully finalizing the Psyc written test and turning inmy letter tomy Surgeons officeand then of to the Insurance, so everyone please keep me in your prayers. Thanks for all the wonderful comments. I have GREAT news......My official WLS date for Lap RNY is....drum roll............. please 03/12/2008, two weeks from now.  HOOORAY!!!!!! Of OCurse now I am nervous, I go on 03/06/2008 to do the admissions stuff at Tampa General Hospital. Anybody got some advise for surgery day????????   Amy

 Hi Amy. The nerve thing sucks I know, so much time to think....lol..it will be fine. Just make sure you have everything you need and take care of you...Best of luck
