Fitday, etc.

Do you use Fitday to track your daily food? Or another type of website (if so, what is it called?)? If so, how do you like it? I am finding it comes highly recommended but have tried it and it seems I am constantly entering in new foods that aren't in there yet. I don't know if it's just "user" error on my part or what. Just wondering what your experience has been. Thanks all, enjoy your day! ~Amy~

I really like Sparkpeople.com personally!  It's free to sign up too, and many foods are already listed there with the nutrition info unlike fitday.  I had a hard time with fitday, and sparkpeople is much more user-friendly in my opinion.  Hope you find that you like it too!

Hi Amy, I use Fit Day and I agree, its kind of a pain to enter new foods but I like the site overall and all that it lets you track so I plan to keep using it. I figure after a few weeks, I will have most of my Custom Foods in there and will be able to cruise along quickly. Maya

I use Calorie King because it has a database of even the most obscure foods.  I eat some weird stuff and it was getting to be a hassle to use fitday.
