Food logs and insurance

How many of you actually had to send in your food logs for pre-approval?  Espically those with BC/BS?

Highest 242/Surgery 235/Goal 150/Lowest 158/Current 184 (Started working off regain and heading to goal 02/02/12.)

I didn't have to turn them in, but I had to go through them with my nutritionist in detail.  I'm having my surgery at the University of Iowa and if you don't comply, they don't operate. Shannon
