New from Redding, Ca

Hi My name is Gaylene and yesterday I had my appointment with the Director of the Weight Loss Program here. I am now scheduled for a Pysch consult on the 16th. My next step is the nutrionist. I have my second support group this saturday. I believe the Rny surgery will be a good thing for me. I know it is tool and I plan on being successful. I have yo-yo'd my way up to my highest weight ever and my BMI is now 44! I have lurked on this site a couple months now and I thought I would introduce myself.
