hello everyone, I haven't posted in a while but  I'm glad to say that after  1yr and 4 months, I'm 4 lbs. away f rom my goal of 140. Unfortunately I didn't continue the excercising that I was doing so wonderful with, so i'm sad to say that my body is not in great shape. It is not as bad as it could be after losing almost 112 lbs. but it is in need of help. Has anyone had any success loosing and/or reducing the saggy skin on the under arms and the inner thights without surgery...if so please tell me how.  Also my abdomen and butt are not that bad but could use some toning up, I don't have money to pay a trainer, so any help is welcomed...I just recently started to run/walk everyother day for 1 hour and I do 100 situps a day....PLEASE HELP

Hi Carolbear - I am pre-op so I don't have any exercise tips for you but just wanted to say congratulations on your weight loss so far! Take it one day at a time. Good luck.

Hello Diamond Girl..good luck with your journey. It is the best ride of your life, enjoy every  minut, it is hard not to.... Advice that I have for you is to please do yourself a favor a start power waling and light weights, it will definately help with the loose skin, especially if you have a lot to loose... I will be more than happy to give advice to talk about my journey. I don't regret y decision..the only thing differently that I would have done/changed is that I wished I would have done this years ago...Again, good luck and congratulations on your decision...Carolbear
