Still can't believe I'm fricken 30!

Hey everyone. Just thought I’d say hi. I’m 30~ and still totally ticked off that I don’t belong in the 20’s room!!!!!!!!!

I am hoping to have WLS soon- 6 months ish. That’s if all goes well. I know there can be a lot of issues with insurance and snags along the way. I am single and living in NE ohio . I work 2 jobs and go to school but still manage to come in here and ‘slack.’

Hey Jennifer, happy 30th! I know I was pretty gloomy about turning the big 3-0 ..lol I turned 30 in April. I'm getting used to it, it's really not so bad. Think of it as a new chapter in your life and this time you have more control of what happens. I think experience is a good thing. Best of luck to you on getting the surgery approved.

Hey you two youngins are bringing me down! 30'S ROCK!!!!!!!!!! ... and I can say that for 1 more year hehehehe

I just turned 30, too, but surprisingly it didn't bother me as much as turning 29 did.  I am hoping to have WLS soon also, I had a surgery consult last week and am now checking off everything on the list - psych eval, nutritionist, PCP letter, etc.  Looking forward to sharing this journey with all of you gorgeous 30's divas!

I actually like being 31-and i look forward to my thirties. I feel  like i know myself better...I don't have unrealistic expectations of my body anymore-I know that I dont have to be a size 2 to be sexy-I'm less tolerant of people being rude to me and I have a lot of exp that has rounded me into a decent human. I won't ever go back(like it's a choice) UNlike most people I see gray hair and wrinkles as part of life and have no desire to ever get botox-however I notice that I can't go "out" two nights in a row anymore!! Also when I am at live shows Ihave to sit more than stand...teehee

 I wanna stay 30!!! Don't make me go to the 40s room!!
