I RAN!

I did it. I ran! Yes, I've shuffled a bit before, but this time I full out ran. I went to the gym already achin' from yesterday's yard work and two nights on my feet from 6p-2a and of course I even tossed in a whine. BUT I RAN! I'm fairly sure I haven't officially run since...4th or 5th grade. Honest. I was going to say 8th grade, when I played volleyball, but then I remembered the award the team gave me...an old shoe and the title of "Most Unmoveable Player." Promise. LOL Here's the another WOW...I was wearing short sleeves. I don't. Even when I workout. I wear 3/4 or long - in winter that's fine, but it was freakin' hot today! I RANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I figured you would appreciate this :)

Think we need a Flock of Seagull's song for that effort.  Great job!

WOW!!  You must feel wonderful,  to be able to run for exercise, I used to say that I would only run if my life was in danger, or if I was racing a toddler than I know I would kick some a$$!!  I haven't tried it yet, a little trot here and there but not a full out run.  GOOD ON YOU!! Carola

To be honest I'm not sure a body could produce enough adrenaline to have moved my old body to run, even for my life! LOL It does feel good. I could have just kept walking, but this is really about going above and beyond :)
