Hi and welcome Misty.  I don't get on these boards as much as I used to but I noticed your post and thought I would offer my greetings.  I saw you postponed your surgery and for very good reasons.  You need to be in the right place in mind and body to undergo this surgery.  I am tem months post op down from 213 to 130 and life is good.  Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or just for support.

hi ... My name is Bella  I live in Mcallen Texas... Im new as well ... and let me tell you that I also have been looking into WLS.... I saw your question about having any fears ... and I thought i was the only one .  Ive tried to convince myself ... that this would be the best choice for me .. but im not able to feel 100 percent confortable..... well i hope we can keep in touch.

Hello Bella! Welcome! I hope OH and all the wonderful people here will be able to get you the info you need to secure your decision. It is a tough one! If anything is a BIG commonality among us...it is the need to be educated about all aspects of the surgeries and make this decision for yourself. :) We're here to help!
