Hola!! New to this board.
Helloooooooooo there!
I didn't realize there was a 30's board! How cool is that!!!!
I had lap rny on Jan 3rd, have lost 55 lbs (from highest weight) and am presently in a HUGE stall that is lasting FOREVERRRRRRRRR and I'm starting to wonder if I will ever lose any more weight.
About a month ago I found out that I did have a stenosus (sp) and went to have that fixed up and since then I have been able to eat just about anything (althou in very little quantities of course). I do watch My protein levels, make sure I don't eat anything with sugar or high carbs.
Anyway, just wanted to introduce Myself to the 30's board. How cool is this. I'm gonna read thru some of the posts now...... Nice to meet you!

Hello fellow Canadians (and Non-Canadians too)!!!!! Good to see you in here. I just found this board too. I just turned 38 last month.....now that ain't so bad.
One thing, I feel like I'm the oldest WLS patient here or anywhere on OH. I don't see too many 16yr OUT patients.
