Ok, so Monday's don't happen for me! Let's make this a weekly thing and my guilt won't drive me to drinkin'! What's your motivation this week??? What's the driving force behind doing it right???

My motivation is, I no longer get short winded just walking to bed. I also want to NOT look like I'm still pregnant.......my youngest is 8. I'm getting rid of this belly no matter what.   I've lost 6.5lbs in 12 days, if that isn't motivation to keep going after all these years.......What IS?
16 yrs out,.......and Back To Basics!

Was: 245 lbs (Day of Surgery 1991)
Original loss: 78 lbs (wt: 167 lbs)
Recent 4 yr gain: 48lbs (wt: 215 lbs)
Goal: 165 lbs,   Ideal weight: 138 lbs

Amen to the not getting winded walking ANYWHERE! I'm with you there!!! 6.5lbs is AWESOME!!!! Please keep us posted!!!!

This week I am scale motivated (again.) I'm sitting at 241 and want to be in the 30's. I'll take 239 and smile, honest!
