Glad I found this "30's" board

I just found OH earlier this month so I'm still trying to find the best way to navigate the boards.  I hope to eventually figure out how to do my profile and change user name, etc.  I'm 37 so a little late in the game but hope I can stick around.  I go for my initial consultation with surgeon 3/28.  So hopefully a surgery date won't be too far off.  I want to get the lap band.  Would LOOOOVE to hear from others who've "been there, done that"

I was completely clueless, apparently, when I first registered with this site, and now I'm not sure how to change my user name.....and I've been trying to come up with some clever name to replace it, but nothing is coming to me
