OK OK First week on the job and I fall down! I have a good ... reason ... I had to fly last minute to CA for a funeral and my world was just hectic! SORRY! So, what is motivating YOU this week????

I am 12 lbs from being Obese. Happy days! I am going to use that goal as a motivator for this week and next!? You???
