I'm still here, been a bit absent lately. Dreary weather and January, I usually tend to hide out a bit. I see you are doing great, you rode a roller coaster, how awesome!! How is that rowing class you were taking, still good?

There you are! I know it is easy to get under the covers and stay there. It's FREEZING here! More snow last night. I neer, ever thought I'd look forward to the summer! Rowing hasn't happened again! The schedule at our gym is a tab limited and we were out of town for one, holiday closed the gym for another... Argh! Hoping I'll get one in on Monday!!! I'm starting to run intervals during my time on the treadmill. Need to get ready for the two 5ks I said I would enter and finish this year The coaster ride was UNREAL! I laughed by ars off! And of course shed some happy tears! More rides planned for April and May What are your plans this week??? Everybody else??? What's going on this week???
