7 mo Post Op and new to this board.
hi all,
I'm new to this particular board. i'm 7 months post op..and about 4lbs shy of my doctors goal. I have gotten a lot of support and good advice from the Other boards I've been on, but I think this one might be the best for me as all of you are in their 30's, as I am (I'm 31, going on 32). I think our issues will differ a bit from folks who are either 20 or 50. So, just saying hi..and hope to get to know all of you.

I don't know that I have any secret, I just exercise 3x or more a week. I do spin class 2x a week and then sometimes I pick up Yoga afterwards or do swimming. I also really stick to the high protein diet. i do cheat, we all do here and there..but I have a very un-forgiving pouch..so If I don't eat right, eat too much, eat the wrong stuff..it makes me sick..however, I've never thrown up. Its weird.. I think taht the working out and eating less just jump started my metabolism. if you can take a spin class, I Highly recommend it. i had hit a stall for a while and WOW... that really kicks your weight loss in high gear.
