Hello Becca, my name is Carol. I'm in California too...always nice to hear from someone close to me..I'm about 6 to 7 weeks post-op (RNY) Dr. Khalili, from Cedars was my surgeon. I am losing a bit slow but at least I'm losing (only about 30lbs)....... We are the same age, 36..Good age to start our new lives Warm regards, carolbear
