Looking for a program or a site to log your food, exercise or weightloss?
Well guys I found one I really like. I am a pre-op and I have to be on a six month diet. I found SparkPeople.com. I use to do Fit-Day.com but I found SparkPeople to be more fun and rewarding.
They have Forums and and SparkPages for the social bugs out there .
They have a place to set up little goals as well as long term goals.
I find it to be fun to keep track of my calories on this site.

I also have started a group in the groups section for all of WLS people, before, during and after.
