New to the Forum

Hello everyone! I am a 24 yo female, and I am in the waiting stage for my insurance to approve my wls. I really wanted to just make contact with some people who are in my age group, who have had wls. while i have supportive family and friends, no one truly knows the changes that i am going thru. how has this surgery affected your lives? other than the obvious looking better aspect, how has the QUALITY of your life improved?

Welcome to the board. And my live has improved in so many ways. My health is great now. I'm alot more active and want to be more active. I go out more. And I just feel better, I have tons more enerygy and I think I have even become more open to new things. This surgery has really changed my life for the better. Tina
