hey robert, welcome back! (reads your profile) i so hear you about the shoes and the underwear bit, i dropped a size in shoe and more than one underwear size. it's so strange to be wearing regular sized clothing, i still gravitate to the plus-sized section of any store. i'm doing the cheapo bit too and get most of must clothes at old navy, target and walmart. five bucks for a t-shirt i wear for a month sounds about right!
your honeymoon period is over already? what, like you feel hungry or just the weight loss is slowing down? because my support group mentors say the honeymood period can last up to two years! i know our age makes that time period shorter, like i'm already feeling what i *think* is hunger, or something like that. and i just ate a half a sandwhich, something that wouldn't have been possible 4 months ago.
try eating a protein bar before bedtime instead of the snacks. i've heard that's actually supposed be good for us. but make it a low-carb protein bar because eventually we can gain weight from too many carbs. i was recently told my post-opp diet should be something like 1000-1500 calories per day with 65 grams protein and about 40-50 grams carbs. that's not much in the way of carbs!
good to see you're doing well!
