Haven't had surgery yet.

I went to the information class, and I'm wating to hear back from the doctor. Is there something that I can do while I'm waiting to hear back from him to get the ball rolling. I know that I qualify.

You can check for what your insurance company requires, ie supervised diet and such. If you've already done that, then its just a waiting game until you hear from the surgeon. Becky 5/17/05 310/176/155 -21lbs until GOAL!

Hi! The only thing I did was wait and wait. Although I didn't have to wait very long, I used the time to read any and all info I could on this website and others, and read lots of profiles and sucess stories. I searched the internet a lot and looked at people's personal sites and basically just soaked up as much info as I could. I bought a few books (WLS for dummies and Carnie Wilson's books, plus a few others) and read them cover to cover. It helped to pass the time! Good luck to you! Tiffany 247/145/125
