Hi Kimberley! I checked out your profile and it looks great! Don't worry about your surgery, I know you will do fine! Kimberly, I've got PCOS too and I've watched my period come back and be more regular with each month since my surgery! I didn't have a regular cycle at all before and now I'm pretty much on a 28-day cycle now. So it's a good thing. -Kari
