Lap RNY Scar Pics...

Heya all! i wanted to know if anyone would take pictures of there scars from Lap RNY? always curious on how small the scars have gotten and how they have faded... thanks. Chloe

Chloe~ I am 6 months out today and mine are pretty much faded, or i should say, they blend in with my stretch marks! I have 2 kids, pregnancy did a number on my body. What about you??? Lisa

I haven't had the surgery yet, still in the process. It was just a curious thought that came into my head at 3am. Pregnancy- i only gained 15lbs when i was prego, didn't even carry to full term and still ended up with strech marks EVERYWHERE! but i guess thats what happens when the skin is already about streched to the max. My scars are all smaller than an inch but they're still pretty bright pink. Of course, my skin is super pale and I'm only 3 months out so I didn't expect them to fade yet....

Chloe, I had open RNY but you are more than welcome to check out my incision pics on my profile (for comparison). I think once you see what I have, you'll be thrilled to have a few small scars. Dawn 3 weeks post op -26 pounds!!
