Successful surgery

Well I just got home after a 3 day stay after my surgery. It was only supposed 2 nights, but I had a lot of pain and couldn't drink much. The connection from my pouch to my intestine is very tiny. That was causing the pain and difficulty swallowing. I am feeling remarkbly better today, and I'm doing better drinking things and eating jello.

Alright Amy! You're now a loser! Take it slow, listen to your body and don't push yourself. You've just been through a whole ordeal, it's normal to be tired. But as I am sure you are noticing, every day is a huge improvement on the previous one. Take care, Kari
